The European Leagues' vice president, Claus Thomsen, has slated proposals to reform European football, claiming "a closed franchise" would hurt domestic competitions.
"We are against the first [UEFA/ECA] proposal. I think we are at a turning point - either we have a big opportunity or a big threat," Thomsen tells offthepitch.com in an exclusive interview.
