Swansea City are restructuring the business side of the club to make it "more efficient and professional."

The restructure comes following the exit of their COO, Chris Pearlman. Pearlman left the club to join the investment company of Swansea City's owner, where he'll work on critical initiatives and potential areas of growth for the company's MLS club, DC United.

Chairman Trevor Birch has appointed a new senior management team to support him and move the club and business forward.
