Swansea City have announced the appointment of Andy Scott as the club’s new head of recruitment.

The 46-year-old most recently held similar positions at Brentford and Watford. At Brentford he identified and signed the likes of Neal Maupay and Ollie Watkins before making the switch to Premier League Watford in 2017.

Andy will form an important part of the backroom team and give support to myself, Leon [Britton] and Steve [Cooper] behind the scenes.
