Sunderland manager praises owner for January transfer dealings
Getty Images | Sunderland have signed three players this month and are reportedly after a fourth, much to Parkinson's delight.
The club's owner, Steward Donald, has approved the signing of three players so far in January, despite putting the club up for sale.
Manager Phil Parkinson further said that Sunderland represent an attractive proposition, having faced competition from Championship clubs in their pursuit of players.
