Stoke City’s chief executive promises new signings before Wednesday

Tony Scholes promises there will be made several player announcements before Wednesday. 

The Potters are aiming for the top end of the table in the coming season.

Following two dire seasons, first relegation from the Premier League and then finishing 16th in the Championship, Stoke City are yet to announce any news regarding departures or arrivals of players.

Though with the pre-season coming closer, The Potters’ chief executive has decided to put an end to the club’s silence on transfers.

"We are making substantial changes and that’s a number of players moving in and, also, we would expect a number of players to be moving out as well," Tony Scholes said to the Stoke Sentinel
