Stoke City bring in experienced scout as head of first-team recruitment

Stoke City | As a player, Chapple made more than 340 league appearances for Cambridge United, Charlton Athletic and Peterborough United.

Stoke City have announced that Phil Chapple will take over the role as head of first-team recruitment at the club.

The newcomer brings vast experience, having worked as a scout at several clubs.

Chapple has previously worked alongside Stoke City's manager, Nathan Jones, at Charlton.
