Steve Bruce, Newcastle’s new manager, has a record of long terms and steady results

Newcastle United have confirmed that former Sheffield Wednesday manager Steve Bruce has become the club’s new head coach.

Bruce’s club record shows that Newcastle have hired a coach who is in it for the long term, has great experience and brings steady results.

Even though Newcastle’s new manager, Steve Bruce, only got to coach former club Sheffield Wednesday for 18 matches, the Magpies have hired a head coach who usually stays at a club for a relatively long term. Bruce’s average term per club is 1.94 years, which is higher than the former Newcastle manager, Rafael Benitez, who scores 1.9 years.
