Stadium delays could push Tottenham’s building costs above £1.2 billion

Series of delays due to safety concerns has ramped cost of build up. The costs continue to keep piling up, according to a source.
Tottenham are looking to refinance the £637 million loan facility through a bond issue.
The Emirates was finished in 2006 at a cost of £390 million and did influence transfer-spending.
