Southampton set up entire new board structure

The Saints have made a radical change to the club’s management, including a new chairman and CEO.
The majority shareholder has assumed the role of chairman and the club have made their vice chairman the new CEO.
Southampton have made some significant changes to their management for the 2019/20 season "and beyond," the club announced in a statement on Monday.
Martin Semmens, who is currently the club’s vice chairman, has been elected to become the new CEO.
Furthermore, the club announced that the majority shareholder, Jisheng Gao, will now take the position of chairman of the club and St Mary’s Football Group. Jisheng replaces Ralph Krueger, who left the club in April.
