Sky reports record audience for Bundesliga return
PA Images | The Bundesliga on Saturday became the first major European league to reconvene after suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic. Though without spectators, business was more or less as usual for Dortmund and Bayern Munich who both recorded routine victories.
Twice the normal amount of pay TV subscribers tuned in to the Bundesliga's first match day back from suspension.
Sky's free-to-air broadcast stole viewers from fellow broadcaster ARD's sports show.
