Shareholders approve capital increase after Roma lost €24 million last year

Getty Images | Roma's revenue reached €381 million for the 2018/19 season with an EBITDA of €100.6 million in the same period.

The club will have until 31st December 2020 to implement the capital increase of €150 million, Roma said in a statement.

Roma also presented their revenue for the season, which reached almost €400 million.
