Massive loss lurks behind Inter's record revenue

Consolidated revenues for the Milano club grew by 20 per cent last season to the highest figure ever achieved by the club and has now more than doubled since their Chinese takeover in 2016.
Inter's net result, however, was a loss of almost €50 million due to significant player investments.
