Sale of Villa Park yet to be authorised by the Premier League

The Premier League is still seeking independent valuations of Aston Villa's stadium, Villa Park, according to the Daily Mail.
The club sold their stadium to a company controlled by their owners in May, allegedly to avoid breaching the EFL's Profitability and Sustainability rules.
Aston Villa are confident the stadium sale will be approved and are baffled as to why a decision has not been made yet.
