Potential Bundesliga return: German Football League to present safety plan on Thursday

The German Football League (DFL) on Thursday will present its safety and health plan for the return of the Bundesliga season, after two of the country's state prime ministers earlier this week publicly voiced support for football's resumption behind closed doors as early as 9th May.

German football has been suspended until at least 30th April due to the coronavirus pandemic, but clubs have been allowed to resume training since 5th April – provided local state and city authorities allows it.
