Napoli have extended their kit deal with Italian sportswear brand Kappa for a further two seasons and will now begin discussions for a "longer-term agreement."

The deal, in place since 2015, was due to expire at the end of the current season, but it was a key objective for both BasicNet, Kappa's parent company, and the Italian club to extend the agreement.

Marco Boglione and Aurelio De Laurentiis, the presidents of BasicNet and Napoli, respectively, will now commence discussions of the longer agreement's terms, the club said in a statement.
