A Newcastle United takeover has taken a step closer after new documents show that owner Mike Ashley has entered into a charge agreement with potential co-buyer Amanda Staveley.
The sale of Newcastle United apparently has taken a step closer today, with several media claiming a £300 million deal has been agreed.
Documents were filed at Companies House last week by Amanda Staveley, which became public this morning, that confirm talks have taken place between her and Newcastle owner Mike Ashley.
