Mediapro ordered to pay Barcelona €1.2 million for breach of contract claim

The company pursued legal action against Barcelona after the club cancelled their TV rights contract with Mediapro in favour of the Spanish telecommunications company Telefónica.
It was determined by the court that Barcelona exercised their contractual rights in a timely and lawful manner.
