Liverpool FC fans in South Asia can look forward to official club merchandise in stores near them as Indian brand management and licensing agency Dream Theatre has won the licence to sell and grow Liverpool products in the region.

The development comes after the club's decision to take a tougher stance on illegal traders of counterfeit products, even attempting to trademark the word "Liverpool" and their popular supporters' chant, "Allez Allez Allez."
