Liverpool chairman talks about potential Anfield expansion ahead of Champions League final

Liverpool will examine the potential options for expanding Anfield after Saturday’s Champions League final, says Tom Werner.

Werner promises FSG won’t cash in and sell their stakes in Liverpool despite continuing rumours.

As Liverpool’s players prepare for Saturday’s Champions League final against Tottenham, The Reds’ chairman, Tom Werner, has also touched down in Madrid, accompanied by principal owner, John W Henry, and Fenway Sports Group (FSG) president, Mike Gordon. 

Werner is, of course, excited about the upcoming final after losing against Real Madrid in Kiev last year.
