The Spanish soccer body said an international push was the driver behind the value growth, according to SportsPro.
La Liga has been centralising the sale of TV rights in a bid to reduce the imbalance in revenue among its clubs which, according to the body, has prompted a more competitive environment in the leagues.
La Liga has revealed they're expecting TV income for Spanish football's top two divisions to exceed €2 billion by the end of the current season, according to SportsPro.
In the forecast, made at a recent general assembly of the professional clubs in Spain, the body said the growth was due to an international push and a centralisation of the TV rights in the country.
