ICC organisers hope to turn the tournament into something "meaningful"

The International Champions Cup (ICC) needs to start making money or the company behind it, RSE Ventures, will be forced to discontinue the tournament, according to the New York Times.
The owner of RSE met with leaders of Europe's biggest clubs earlier this month to pitch the idea of creating a more "meaningful" tournament.
