There is no date confirmed for that meeting and no set start date or timetable for the construction works, but we are confident work will get under way over the summer," says a Fulham spokesperson.

Fulham’s Riverside Stand expansion has been delayed.

No set date for construction, but club remains confident work will begin ‘in the summer’.

Fulham are set to confirm the delay of the construction of their £80 million Riverside Stand.

The Cottagers were scheduled to start demolition work this month, but the club told offthepitch.com that a confirmed start date has yet to be confirmed.

Any delay to the demolition would make it increasingly unlikely the new stand will be ready in time for the start of the 2021/22 season.

It is unclear what has caused the delay.
