French league reaches agreement with broadcasters on outstanding TV payments

The Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) has reached an agreement with broadcasters CANAL+ and beIn Sports relating to broadcasting payments.
It is unclear exactly what the agreement has resulted in.
The French Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) has reached an agreement with broadcasters CANAL+ and beIn Sports on some outstanding broadcasting payments for the current Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 seasons.
In a statement on its website, LFP said the agreement concerned "the rules relating to the matches of the Ligue 1 and League 2 Championships already broadcast this season in accordance with the call for candidates for the acquisition 2016-2020 broadcasting rights".
