The French Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) has reached an agreement with broadcasters CANAL+ and beIn Sports on some outstanding broadcasting payments for the current Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 seasons.

In a statement on its website, LFP said the agreement concerned "the rules relating to the matches of the Ligue 1 and League 2 Championships already broadcast this season in accordance with the call for candidates for the acquisition 2016-2020 broadcasting rights".
