Nottingham Forest have hired Frenchman Sabri Lamouchi as head coach; the club have changed their backroom model to secure Lamouchi and the club’s success.

The appointment of Sabri Lamouchi as head coach rather than manager is significant according to the Nottingham Post as it indicates that the Reds look to introduce new club model. Nottingham Forest’s top management uses a similar model in Olympiacos, where the head coach is supported by capable backroom staff dividing the tasks of a club manager.
