FIFA rules Cardiff must pay Nantes €6 million transfer fee for late Sala

The clubs had failed to reach an agreement on settling the payment for the striker who died in a plane crash in January.
Cardiff and Nantes now have ten days to request a copy of the decision, which can be appealed.
