FA head of performance and team strategy steps down

Dave Reddin will step down from his role as the FA’s head of performance and team strategy at the end of 2019.

Reddin has been at the FA for six years, becoming the head of performance and team strategy in 2016.

The Football Association’s head of performance and team strategy, Dave Reddin, will step down from his role at the end of 2019. 

During his tenure, Reddin was responsible for the strategic vision and structure across all of the England teams, implementing a programme to align the teams across five key areas: performance analysis and insight; physical performance and nutrition; player insights; performance medicine; people and team development.
