Exclusive: Premier League giant braces for no fans until spring 2021; no away fans for duration of season

Internal document seen by offthepitch.com says Premier League club will not permit fans until all season ticket holders are allowed into stadiums.

Club says it does not expect fans to return until February 2021 "at the earliest".

Premier League clubs are bracing themselves for empty stadiums for at least two-thirds of the 2020/21 season, with no away fans at all for the duration of the campaign.

Internal communications from one Premier League club seen by offthepitch.com suggest that this is a best case scenario, with the club not expecting to welcome back crowds until February 2021 “at the earliest.”
