Everton's people director named one of the most influential HR leaders in the UK

Getty Images | Healey is leading the club's internal "People Strategy" which saw Everton become the first Premier League club to be named by the Sunday Times on its "100 Best Companies to Work For" list in 2018. In 2019, the club jumped 25 places to 71st on the list.

Kim Healey, who joined Everton in 2015, is the only HR professional from a football club appearing on the list.

The list is compiled and published by HR magazine and Healey joins HR specialists from places such as the Home Office and the technology and housing sectors.
