Despite local opposition: Council expecting to receive pre-planning application from Watford for new stadium

The club are in talks with Hertsmere Borough Council over a potential move from Vicarage Road to Bushey Hall Golf Club.
However, a petition has been launched opposing the move due to the location's historic significance.
