Paderborn's managing director, Martin Przondziono, has said the club are lacking answers to "key questions" ahead of a defining period which could decide the format of the remainder of the German season.

Clubs in the country have already started training again, albeit under strict hygiene regulations, and the German Football League is targeting a return to play by early May.
