Several Championship clubs fear Aston Villa will avoid any serious FFP punishment if found guilty of breaching the rules. 

After Birmingham City’s nine-point deduction, a lack of consistency between the leagues might inspire more clubs to take the gamble.

Aston Villa can look forward to Premier League football in the upcoming season after their play-off final win against Derby. Several Championship clubs, though, are concerned Villa’s promotion will see them evade punishment for breaching the rules of Profitability and Sustainability, writes the Daily Mail
