Brighton extend kit deal with Nike

Brighton and Hove Albion have extended their existing technical partnership agreement with Nike for another three years.
The partnership was established in 2014 and produces year-on-year growth for shirt sales, according to Albion’s head of commercial, Russel Wood.
A new deal between the Seagulls and Nike that starts with the 2019/20 campaign will see the sportswear giant continuing to supply playing and training kit for the Albion men’s and women’s teams, the under-23 men’s, under-21 women’s, and boys’ and girls’ academy sides.
The deal is a three-year extension to the existing five-year-old partnership.

"We have enjoyed an excellent relationship with Nike since they became our technical supplier in 2014 and, in addition to our players benefitting from world-class sporting apparel, we have seen our replica shirt sales grow year on year," said Albion’s head of commercial, Russell Wood, in a statement.
The continued partnership also excites Nike, who says it reflects the ambitions of both Albion’s and Nike’s brand position in the world of football.
"The extension builds on a successful partnership to date and we are excited by the opportunity to further develop the relationship between Nike and all of the club’s teams," said David Carmont, general manager for Nike UK & Ireland, in the statement.
