Bidders still in place for Derby County despite EFL charge

Two parties are said to be still in negotiations to try and buy Derby.
Derby insists both sets of discussions have priced in EFL charging risk.
Derby would pursue EFL over any deal shortfall if decision goes in club’s favour.
