EFL spending case: Derby hire leading QC

Derby have hired leading sports lawyer Nick De Marco QC of Blackstone Chambers to represent the club in the case of alleged breaches of the EFL's Profitability and Sustainability (P&S) rules.

In January, the club were charged with excess losses by the EFL following a review of the club's P&S submissions for the three-year period ending 30th June 2018.
