A wage cap in football should not be "ruled out", according to the chief executive of Bayern Munich, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.

His comments come after chief executive of the German Football League (DFL), Christian Seifert, in April indicated he is in favour of implementing a wage cap in football in a bid to increase the future sustainability of the game.
