AC Milan executive on their content strategy: "Our goal is to become an entertainment company"

Serie A club have launched The Studios: Milan Media House, a self-owned media hub designed to give more control over content.
It is part of a broader strategy to digitise the club, initiated by owners Elliott in 2018.
AC Milan expect the studios to help grow their social media following and collect fan data, while offering enhanced digital assets to attract sponsors.
In past 14 months the club have launched on four new platforms including TikTok and Twitch.
