AC Milan and Inter have unveiled plans for the redevelopment of their joint stadium, San Siro, according to thestadiumbusiness.com, transforming the iconic venue to better accommodate amateur sports and entertainment events.
Initially, both clubs wanted to demolish San Siro and build a new stadium on the site. To that end, two architectural design firms - Populous and Manica/Sportium - were shortlisted in September.
