La Liga president hits out at state-run clubs and highlights football's responsibility to redistribute wealth

In an interview with the Guardian, Javier Tebas, the president of La Liga, warned of the danger posed to salary levels in football by state-financed clubs.
"Organisations and institutions have a responsibility to redistribute the wealth that we generate," he said.
