The English Football League (EFL) and Off The Pitch have renewed their agreement for a second consecutive season, ensuring all 72 clubs continue to receive trusted football business insights and industry intelligence.

The extension follows a successful first year of collaboration, which grants every EFL club access to Off The Pitch’s daily newsletters.

Trevor Birch, Chief Executive of the EFL, says:

“The EFL is pleased to renew our arrangement with Off The Pitch. They continue to deliver important business and industry intelligence to both the League and our Clubs, and we look forward to working with the team moving forward.”

Over the past 18 months, Off The Pitch has entered partnerships with five European leagues, underlining the value of a clear, reliable football finance newsletter that keeps executives up to speed on all business-critical developments across the game.

Curiosity and ambition

For the EFL, the global perspective is key. With an increasingly international ownership landscape, executives at English clubs benefit from insights into dynamics shaping the industry far beyond the domestic market.

Off The Pitch's mission is to provide clubs with the best possible business insights to support daily decision-making.

“We are encouraged by the curiosity and ambition shown by EFL clubs. With the pace of change in football – from regulation to ownership models – modern executives know they must look globally for the knowledge and inspiration that underpin long-term strategy," says Patrick Graabæk, Sales Director at Off The Pitch.
