Despite facing €800 million loss in revenue: LaLiga chief says club owners won't sell stakes at a discount

Javier Tebas says spending in the coming transfer window is expected to reach just a third of last summer's level.
Though a massive drop in revenue, the president is convinced LaLiga club owners will rather rebuild value than sell at a discount.
The league is regularly in contact with banks and investors on helping clubs with financing.
