Bundesliga club ready to embrace financial transparency: 'Nothing to hide and it would give clubs much more credibility among fans'

Managing director believes clubs have an "outdated mindset" when it comes to financial disclosure.

Increasing transparency would make teams that are already "among the best managed in Europe" more disciplined in their actions.
