Clubs in European competitions could utilise neutral grounds if not allowed to play in their own countries.
UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin expects 80 per cent of European leagues to be able to conclude their domestic campaigns in August, in addition to the Champions League and Europa League.
France, Netherlands and Belgium have already cancelled the remaining part of their domestic campaigns, but the Bundesliga this weekend became the first in Europa to reconvene, sparking hope for the rest of the leagues on the continent.
