1. Switzerland allows for to thirds of stadiums to be filled

Switzerland has allowed football clubs to fill to thirds of their stadiums from 1st October on the condition that strict regulations and restrictions are obeyed, according to Swiss newspaper Le Matin. Among them are contract tracing, mask-wearing, and a total ban on away supporters.
