Steven Gerrard extends Rangers contract until 2024

Steven Gerrard has signed a two-year contract extension that sees him extend his stay at Rangers until 2024.
Gerrard believes Rangers are "building something special".
The former Liverpool captain, Steven Gerrard, has agreed a two-year extension which will keep him at Ibrox until the summer of 2024.
Rangers sit second in the Scottish Premiership, two points behind Celtic, who beat them in Sunday's League Cup final.
Last season, Gerrard led Rangers to their highest points total since returning to the Scottish Premiership in 2016 and Thursday night, the club reached the last 32 of the Europa League.
