Ratcliffe explains why he opted for a French club

Britain's richest man, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, examined the opportunities to buy an English club, but ultimately bought the French side OGC Nice. 

Explaining why, Ratcliffe said that he believes the English clubs are too expensive and he does not want to "be the dumb money in town."
