Rangers believe the Times' HMRC story is "a cause for concern"

Up to £50 million is set to be wiped off the tax bill owed by Rangers FC's old operating company. 

HMRC acknowledged that it had claimed too much, according to the Times on Thursday. 

HMRC has since stated that it hasn't miscalculated anything, but Rangers find the story "a cause for concern."
