Randers FC extends partnership with Off The Pitch

Danish Superliga-side Randers FC have strengthened their transfer operations over the past year following their partnership with Off The Pitch.

The club’s success in the transfer market has emboldened its ambitions, with sporting director Søren Pedersen identifying transfer income as a critical pillar for the club’s future. As a result, Randers FC are pleased to extend their agreement with Off The Pitch.

"We are constantly working to elevate the club at every level. For us, it is crucial to understand market dynamics and be as well-prepared as possible in all negotiations. Off The Pitch's tools are essential in helping us secure the best possible financial deals," says Pedersen.

Traditionally, clubs have focused on technical data related to player performance on the pitch. However, the growing trend across Europe shows that to make the best transfer decisions, clubs need to understand the financial structure of deals and optimise their positions as buyers or sellers.

"Today, we have a more strategic and structured approach, thanks to the insights we’ve gained that allow us to establish and pursue a transfer strategy. The tools we use give us an instant overview of complex markets, enabling us to act decisively in high-pressure situations," adds Pedersen.

Curiosity and professionalism

Mads Meisner Christensen, CEO and co-founder of Off The Pitch, is proud that Randers FC has chosen to continue the partnership.

"At Randers FC, we’ve seen a curiosity and professionalism in their transfer due diligence work that many other clubs could learn from. The club are open to new approaches, consistently seeking out data that can drive stronger financial results. Their achievements in this area are impressive, and we believe even more success lies ahead," says Christensen.
