Dortmund CEO: Puma deal "allows us to continue to be a force in the coming years"

Dortmund's new eight-year deal with Puma allows the club to continue to be a force, said CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke at the club's annual general meeting.
Watzke also reflected on the past decade, which has been the best in the club's history, according to the CEO.
At the club's annual general meeting, Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke praised the new kit deal with Puma for providing the Bundesliga side "with the biggest display of confidence."
"It allows us to continue to be a force in the coming years," Watzke said.
Last week, Dortmund announced the new eight-year deal with Puma, which reportedly triples the value of the club's current deal with the kit manufacturer - from around €10 million (£8.6 million) per year to €30 million (£26 million), starting next season.
