Bristol City ended as eighth in the Championship this season. But even though the club at times were on their way to the play-offs, it does not disappoint the club’s owner, Steve Lansdown, that they finished where they did.

“The main aim was to finish higher than last season and we’ve done that well with some really good football,” Lansdown said in an exclusive interview with Bristol City TV.

“What we’re trying to do is create that sustainable build, keep progressing and build on what we have done before,” Lansdown added.
