Nottingham Forest hope to start stadium redevelopment in first half of 2020

Nottingham Forest expect the planning application for their stadium redevelopment to be submitted before the end of the year.

Should permission be granted, the club hope that the construction can start in the first half of 2020.

Nottingham Forest have announced two public drop-in sessions for the local community to preview the club's proposals for the redevelopment of the City Ground stadium.

Following the public exhibition, the club expect to submit the planning application for the redevelopment before the end of the year.

"Should planning permission be granted, it is hoped construction could start during the first half of 2020," Forest write in a statement.
